45-minute session is thoughtfully curated to provide an uplifting, restorative experience in a relaxed and inclusive environment. Followed by Mothers day Morning Tea

Adults and Children welcome.

Children between 5 and 15 will need to be accompanied by a participating Adult.

For children under 5 are free and invited to participate however simply ask that they share a mat with a paying parent or guardian so they are supervised throughout the experience.

Once the session is over you are invited to stay and join us for a mothers day Morning Tea.

For something a little different come for some morning Goat Yoga followed by a morning tea to celebrate you and mum.

Arrive in a tranquil space, with soft music playing, and the subtle smell of incense floating in the air. You’ll be greeted by our friendly team and guided into a state of calm with a short breathwork and grounding meditation.

Once you begin to flow through gentle movements and stretches, the goats are let in to mingle, climb, nuzzle, and steal hearts. These spontaneous interactions are not just fun—they’re deeply therapeutic.

What Should I Bring to Goat Yoga?

There’s no need to bring anything other than yourself and a sense of adventure. We provide yoga mats and all necessary equipment. However, we recommend:

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated as you move and play.

  • Comfy clothes like activewear or something you don’t mind goats getting curious around.

  • A smile and an open heart – The rest will follow.
